VinTracker also collects cost data on work performed and materials used on a specific wine and is designed to do Custom Crush billing. Reporting includes wine by lot designation, owner if doing Custom Crush, location of containers including container types, volumes, empty containers, partial containers and containers with a specific varietal.

Work orders can be created for multiple lots at the same time, such as SO2 testing, and shows work to be performed, materials to be used and list of current containers for the lot displayed on the work order.
